Malin Sea Wind completes geophysical survey

The Malin Sea Wind geophysical survey was completed in Q4 2024 by the AMS Panther, marking a significant milestone for the project and its development.

The quality of the data collected during the survey provides detailed insights into the seabed conditions and this data will be instrumental in progressing the project design.

Marine Mammal Observers (MMOs) were on board the survey vessel to monitor and record the potential presence of marine mammals throughout the survey.

ESB and Malin Sea Wind extend their gratitude to everyone involved. This milestone would not have been achievable without engagement and cooperation with other marine users, and particularly the local fishing community throughout the survey.

Pictured are images taken by crew transiting to site during survey.
